Clients’ needs
The ship owners, managers as well as cargo and vessel insurance industries are changing rapidly to meet new challenges in emerging markets and logistics demands. EOE is committed to supporting these changes through innovation and by embracing tomorrow’s technology today.
Whatever the requirement, EOE will tailor their services to meet their clients’ needs.
Specialized claims services
Our services are geared to the particular needs of our clients. To meet these needs, our claims handlers and surveyors are specially trained in the gathering of evidence and the on-site assessment of exposure to potential liability. Our focus is always on “defence”.
P & I Condition Surveys
EOE is aware of the commercial realities of ship operations in today’s difficult freight market. EOE acts as loss prevention advisors who attend to identify potential risks and assist insureds with accomplishing economical rectification of any deficiencies noted. In this way, the needs of both the insured and their P & I Club can be met in a mutually beneficial manner and without compromising either the safety or commercial viability of the member’s operations.
Transport & Terminal Risk Assessment
EOE has developed considerable expertise in identifying and assessing the operational and documentary risks associated with transport and terminal operations. We are always pleased to work with transport insurers and their clients to inspect facilities and recommend risk reduction techniques, including staff training and liability awareness seminars.
The Team
EOE recognises the critical importance of investing in human capital and have developed a team of dedicated professionals to provide a consistent level of client service excellence. EOE’s network development process facilitates the on-going training of its network partners, by enhancing their pre-existing skills and continually upgrading their knowledge base.
EOE’s goal is to ensure that both insurers and their clients are protected around-the-clock, regardless of date, time or place
